Difficulty Modes
The biggest change of this patch is addition of difficulty modes. No matter if you're a new player, or have an existing save file, you will be asked to make a selection.
 
The choices are:
Story Mode
Combat is simplified, so you can enjoy the point and click experience.
Tactical Mode
In addition to puzzles and exploration, you also like tactical challenges.
This is the default mode.
Custom Mode
Adjust all settings individually. (not recommended to new players)
If you've already played the game a bit and you feel like you know what you're doing, you may try customizing the difficulty to your liking, adjusting the difficulty further, perhaps making the fun even more challenging.
 
You can change the difficulty at any time, but the effects will only be applied on entering a new dream (game level).
 
Other New Content and changes
Added new interaction to fountains:
"Wait" button (skipping turn) now requires to be held to avoid accidental turn skips.
 
 
Bug fixes
Fixed several instances of game softlocking on spam-clicking. There are still some cases that will require fixing, stay tuned.
In the final level
Fixed several instances of sounds being played at volume unaffected by in-game volume sliders.
Fixed several grammar mistakes/typos for both English and Polish languages.
 
 
What's next?
Thank you so much for all your support, comments and feedback so far.
I'm continuing to improve the game wherever it is required. You can expect more bug fixes in the future, since there are still some glitches that haven't been fully resolved.
I'm also in the early process of designing Steam cards and badges!
For now however, that's all. I hope this update makes the game more accessible to people and also provides options for more challenges.

Trading Cards and Steam Avatars
With this update we are finally releasing the long awaited trading cards!
You can now collect 10 Deep Sleep: Labyrinth of the Forsaken Trading Cards to unlock the Steam Badge for your profile!
As usual, each time you do so, you will expand your collection of community items (Profile backgrounds and Emoticons). We have 6 wallpapers and 7 emoticons for you!
 
Even without collecting any cards you can grab the official Deep Sleep: Labyrinth of the Forsaken Steam Avatars and set one of them as your profile picture!

Patch 1.1.3
This patch brings mostly some UI changes and bug fixes.
UI
Game will now show a hint that Examine does not end your turn. The hint is shown on button selection but only if you didn't use that option before.
I noticed some players never examined their enemies to learn about the incoming attacks. This is a crucial part of combat, but some people were convinced that Examining would end their turn.
This hint will stop showing after you Examine an enemy at any point in the game (from this patch onward)
Clicking "Examine" after already having examined the foe removes the resulting text and shows enemy's name again.
Sometimes the Examine result can be quite lengthy and the resulting clutter would often leave players unsure where to click. Hopefully this will make things easier.
Changed the wording of some enemy attacks descriptions, namely: the buffs. People seem to be often confused how those attacks work. So now, instead of saying "X increases the defense of your foes" it will say "X for the whole duration of this attack reduces the damage you deal!"
Combat taunts during the fight with  are raised up to not cover the UI, also they are displayed longer.
