About The Game

DELTARUNE (UNDERTALE 2) is a role-playing game that is full of mysteries, which is either a teaser or a complete prototype of a popular project called undertale. In the so-called «second part» elements of horror have found their place. At the very beginning of the game, you will be able to meet a familiar character again, who will create a new story with even more exciting events. As always, the graphics in the game will be superbly executed, endowed with an unusual, mysterious atmosphere. The basis of the gameplay is now presented to us in the style of turn-based battles, where you will again enter into a fight with the strongest and most terrible opponents.

There are more than enough locations to explore, and you need to find useful items on them. There are a lot of questions in your head, and you need to find answers to everything. Fans will be pleased with the presence of a fascinating story, where the development of events will directly depend on your actions and decisions. You will develop your character comprehensively, because the difficulty of the game will grow higher and higher each time.     DELTARUNE Hotfix Patch (PC&Mac) v1.01A 
    We are releasing a hotfix for PC&Mac to remedy some issues occurring in the game.
    You can confirm the version number on the bottom right of the file select screen.

    Changelist

    Ch3 v.0.0.087
    Fixed a common crash in a room with a lot of screens.
    Fixed a crash when a certain boss tries to summon enemies.
    Fixed a freeze involving talking to a character after getting off of a raft.
    Fixed a freeze when checking binoculars.
    Removed a visible debug message.
    Fixed a crash involving picking up grass and swapping characters frame perfectly.
    Fixed a part where you can erroneously enter an empty room.
    Backtracking to a puzzle after attaining a special armor no longer crashes the game.
    Added a failsafe if you don't have audio output during rhythm games segments.

    Ch4 v.0.0.086
    Fixed an issue where pressing up on the keyboard was required to move out of a present, regardless of key binding.
    Small graphical alteration to a certain scene.

    We are aware of many other remaining issues, so we will be issuing another patch soon! After everything is hotfixed on PC, we will patch consoles next (it takes longer).

    We have issued a new bugfix patch for all platforms (PC / Mac / Consoles). After updating, you can check the version numbers in the bottom right of the file select screen for each respective chapter.

    Chapter 2
    ・Fixed an issue in the room with fireworks where the floor switch can be pressed by an invisible character.
     
    Chapter 3
    ・Key Items received from the Ball Machine no longer incorrectly persist outside of that room. This caused numerous issues, including not being able to receive the Shadow Crystal from a certain boss.
    ・Fixed an issue where Susie and Ralsei would appear completely shadowed if defeated by a boss's attack.
    ・In a room where Susie destroys houses, she no longer stops moving erroneously after the battle. However, she now slides around erroneously. Apparently this is better.
    ・Attempted to fix issues on Board 1 where you can see duplicate Ralseis as well as make Ralsei disappear indefinitely.
     
    Chapter 4
    ・Fixed some places where the characters were the normal color in an area that has abnormal coloration.
    ・Fixed an issue where it's possible to get temporarily stuck in a playable piano.
    ・Fixed an issue during an optional battle where damage numbers done to the players were not visible. Additionally, the heal numbers were moving further to the right every time they appeared.
    ・Removed the erroneous appearance of a duplicate Kris in the closet.
    ・[PC-only] Fixed various display issues with the microphone select menu. Additionally, fixed a potential softlock if you have no microphones attached.
     
    All Chapters
    ・"Master Volume" setting now persists between Chapters when using the same file.
    ・[PC-only] Fixed the way the controllers are handled to alleviate some issues with TV-docked Steam Decks.
    ・[Mac-only] Fixed an issue on certain Mac systems where the full-screen mode would resize improperly when returning to the main menu from Chapter 4.
    ・Additionally, there are several other minor aesthetic fixes across chapters 2, 3, and 4.
     
    Testing of the next patch (1.03) has already been completed and is waiting for release. The next two patches contain many more crash and softlock fixes, as well as some extremely slight adjustments to gameplay.

    ・Added a method to get "TripTicket" even after receiving "ShadowMantle".
    ・You can no longer erroneously keep Lancers in your inventory.
    ・Susie doesn't slide weird after battle in that room where she kicks the houses. Apparently this is better.
    ・Fixed an obscure softlock during the Pushing Buddies sequence.
    ・Fixed a frame perfect game crash if you throw a shell and check it as it's breaking.
    ・Fixed a frame perfect crash involving checking water-logged binoculars.
    Chapter 4
    ・You can get the "SpinCake" from the "Top Chef" if you gave him the "TopCake" in the "Chapter1".
    ・Reduced the speed of the bullets on one of Jackenstein's attacks.
    ・Fixed an obscure issue if you used "OldMan" ACT and then spared Guei before the attack started.
    ・Toriel no longer answers the phone at the beginning of the Chapter.
    ・You can no longer check a nonexistent snack tray.
    ・Fixed an error where "DualHeal" ACT could be skipped in certain scenarios.
    ・Fixed an error where Susie's turn would be skipped if she used an item during the boss of the Second Sanctuary.
    Various Chapters
    ・Fixed various minor visual errors.
    ・Fixed minor text and font issues.
    ・Fixed an issue where your customized keyboard controls could be reset when connecting a new controller.
    ・Fixed an issue where plugging in USB and Bluetooth controllers simultaneously could cause repetitive button presses.
    The next patch (1.05) only contains extremely minor changes, but internally it contains some large code changes, so we will be initially releasing it on a Steam beta branch soon.
