About The Game

This is Interesting is a psychological horror game with elements of mysticism and a roguelike structure. Players find themselves under constant surveillance, without understanding the reasons for such surveillance. The main activity is a journey through the depths of memory to find out the circumstances of getting into an oppressive gray purgatory. The atmosphere of uncertainty remains while the character searches for answers in fragments of memories.

Progress in This is Interesting is based mainly on knowledge gained during multiple playthroughs, rather than standard upgrades. The plot is revealed gradually: information from past attempts clarifies the further path. To learn the whole story, the player must methodically collect these disparate grains of information during numerous runs. Reaching the finale depends entirely on understanding the full volume of data received during the entire adventure.

Invisible systems record the player’s decisions using hidden parameters throughout the interaction with the project. These indicators significantly affect the available storylines and possible endings of this horror. Therefore, exploring all facets of the narrative requires experimenting with different action options and interaction styles. The outcome of the story depends directly on the cumulative effect of the decisions the character makes while navigating the memories.
