About The Game

LUNAR Remastered Collection offers two separate RPG titles. The first narrative focuses on Alex, a character on the path of the Dragon Master, along with his companions. This group undertakes a mission to stop the Magic Emperor’s efforts at global control, facing considerable danger during their quest in a world filled with magic and dragons. The story combines elements of fantasy and personal growth.

LUNAR Remastered Collection picks up 1,000 years after the first story in LUNAR 2: Eternal Blue Complete, introducing Hiro and his companion Lucia. Their journey involves searching for the Goddess Altena, a key figure in the game’s lore. Simultaneously, heroes such as Borgan and the White Knight Leo pursue the pair, believing Lucia to be an entity known as the Moon Destroyer, adding conflict to their expedition. This adventure expands on the established fantasy setting.

The core gameplay in both games uses a turn-based combat structure that requires the player to strategically use party members' skills, magic, and available items against opponents. Each protagonist has unique abilities that develop over the course of the games. LUNAR 2: Eternal Blue Complete specifically includes the Crest System, a mechanic where combining certain items gives characters statistical advantages or access to powerful magical abilities. Resource management and tactical decisions are central to overcoming challenges.
