About The Game

Hometopia is a builder simulator that allows you to create your own houses and entire neighborhoods. The player will have two modes to choose from. In Syuzhetny you will go through five different areas, which will vary significantly in landscapes, tasks and sizes. You will have to start from the very bottom, and gradually wealth will increase and richer clients will turn to you for help. In addition, it will be less important to repair antiques and various junk. If you buy an old rocking chair cheaply, you can give it a complete makeover. Repair the supports, polish and tidy up — and you’re done. The item can be sold for much more and earn a decent amount of money.

The gameplay of Hometopia will be based on the construction and renovation of various homes. For convenience, there are two views: from above and from the third person. Each of them has its own advantages, and to achieve the ideal result, you can combine them. In sandbox mode there are no restrictions on actions. You can choose an empty plot of land and build your own fashionable quarter with housing for the rich. Or, on the contrary, build slums in an industrial zone. There will be an unlimited budget and time for this. You can start with a classic foundation, creating a simple square house. And then knock down a few walls and add a living room, a garage or even a basement. All elements are fully customizable, so there will be no problems with maintaining a single style — everything is in the hands of the gamer.
