About The Game

Kvark is a first-person shooter set in an alternative Czech Republic in the 1980s. Congratulations on successfully interviewing for your position at Quark. The company is proud of its production, therefore it hires only highly qualified employees who are able to ensure the protection of the underground complex. You have to spend an ordinary working day at a facility that suddenly turns into a real nightmare. Survive amidst the unfolding chaos and fight back against a variety of enemies, while trying to find a way out of the collapsing complex. The project is stylized as a retro FPS of the 90s and accurately conveys the mood of that time. Kvark will be a real find for those who once loved old-school shooters or are not averse to trying something new.

The gameplay is quite varied and contains not only constant shootings, but also solving various problems, ranging from full-fledged puzzles to interactive actions, for example, starting a generator or opening a gate. The narration is conducted so dynamically right along the way, which is why you will never encounter dull dialogues. The variety of enemies and weapons to defeat them is pleasantly surprising, because each enemy has a number of weaknesses that you need to find. Some opponents are vulnerable to a certain type of weapon, while others will need to shoot at a specific point, and you will have to rack your brains over bosses.
