About The Game

Prison Boss Prohibition is a VR simulation game in which the player assumes the role of a store owner operating in the New York City economy. Following a series of bans from the mayor, a black market for certain goods has emerged. Gamers build a business based on the manufacture and sale of items including hand-rolled cigarettes, brewed beer, and erotic magazines.

This business operates under constant surveillance by the New York City Police Department, whose officers confiscate any illegal goods they find. In Prison Boss Prohibition, advancement is tied to management and business activity. The player's goal is to create products and then sell them to various customers from all walks of life in the city to accumulate money. Carrying out special assignments for various factions of the area increases reputation among them.

The money earned is invested back into the business, allowing for equipment upgrades to improve the process and expand the business. The game supports both single-player and co-op with a second person. The capture of any of them by law enforcement officers leads to the confiscation of the products, which directly harms the business. The list of items prohibited by the mayor is constantly changing, which forces the adaptation of creation strategies among the 35 available items. The events of this project unfold in 4 unique city locations.
