As a chapter, you have to establish trade between several independent cities, agree on the supply of goods from the orbital station and observe the transformation of the climate, which directly affects your future plans. It is planned to develop through an environmentally friendly path or pollution of an already affected environment.

More than 70 buildings with their own features and functions have been allocated for the expansion of the city. There are 48 university studies to accelerate the construction of housing estates.
