About The Game

Car Park Capital is a satirical city building simulator where the city gradually transforms into a massive parking empire. Players purchase plots of land, demolish buildings, and expand parking lots, profiting from the residents growing dependence on cars. The more vehicles appear on the streets, the higher the demand for new parking spaces.

Development begins in standard city districts that can be completely reconfigured to suit business needs. Houses give way to parking zones, multi-level structures, and massive complexes that utilize vertical space alongside horizontal footprints. With hundreds of residents and vehicles active simultaneously, every decision alters traffic flow, public sentiment, and the overall look of the neighborhoods.

Construction alone isn't enough; you must also convince citizens that an automobile-centric lifestyle is essential. To achieve this, you can deploy billboards, statues, loudspeakers, and other tools of influence. However, not all residents will calmly watch as the city is swallowed by asphalt and parking lots. You will have to contend with dissenters, monitor public opinion, and find ways to maintain control even as the streets become choked with cars.
