About The Game

Island NTR Survival SS is an adult survival adventure published by Mango Party, and it begins with a university training trip going badly wrong. A shipwreck strands Ikuya on a remote island with an unlikely group: Aina, his childhood crush, a swimming club ace and the beauty of the campus; Youji, his closest friend; a flirtatious blond male classmate; a crude physical education teacher everyone calls Gorilla; and a gentle older tour guide. Five men and one woman, no rescue in sight, and the island offers no sympathy to anyone. Shelter, water and food all have to be wrung from the jungle and the shore, and the survivors must learn to function as a team or slowly drift apart. The tone mixes genuine castaway tension with the awkward electricity of six people who knew each other only from campus life. Ikuya steps up as the strategist of the group, and beneath the survival stakes runs a personal one: keeping his pure childhood romance with Aina alive while jealousy and isolation do their quiet work on everyone around them.

The gameplay turns castaway life into a daily management puzzle. Each morning you decide how to pair the survivors, sending teams out to gather food, water and materials, and the combinations matter: efficient pairs return with better hauls and earn more rest, while mismatched ones come back exhausted and empty handed. The player acts as strategist rather than action hero, reading personalities, moods and relationships to squeeze the most out of a hostile environment. Those same pairings carry an emotional charge, since time spent together changes how the cast feels about one another, and the mature themes of jealousy test whether Ikuya and Aina can hold onto what they have. Resources feed shelter and safety, which in turn buy time for the romance and for hope of rescue, creating a loop where every practical decision has a personal price. Among the most interesting features is the double meaning of every assignment, at once a survival calculation and a statement about who trusts whom with the person they care about most.
