About The Game

Toads Soul Hopper is an action-packed indie game in which scientist Toad must rescue his petrified friends using his unique jumping machine. In this Goonya Monster spin-off, a gun-obsessed scientist scales perilous heights after the mad scientist Anemone turns Octo and his friends to stone. The core gameplay revolves around precise jumping mechanics: players charge jumps by pressing buttons at the precise moment of landing, adjust the angle, and propel themselves upward through increasingly dangerous environments. Dangerous obstacles, such as collapsing platforms and burning supports, require perfect timing and courage, as any mistake will result in a fall, forcing you to learn from your mistakes and rise higher with each attempt. The game offers two difficulty modes for players of varying skill levels, whether you prefer a more relaxed experience or a more challenging challenge.

The newly added offline Battle mode is a competitive two-player gameplay where you battle Anemone herself, using your Soul Hopper to collect coins and running over opponents to steal their loot before time runs out. The simple controls belie the depth of skill required to complete the game, as patience and precise angles become essential for survival. With simple mechanics and an unforgiving vertical challenge, the game tests your perseverance and platforming skills. This minigame offers focused, skill based gameplay wrapped in a unique story about friendship and determination.
