About The Game

Above the Snow is a management simulator set in the snowy Alps, where players assume the role of the manager of a mountain hotel in the 1960s. The narrative focuses on transforming a humble retreat into a thriving resort despite extreme climate challenges. This process encompasses both administrative matters and interpersonal relationships within a team comprised of charismatic individuals. The interior design, inspired by modernist aesthetics, is combined with the need to manage the morale of guests and staff. A story campaign lasting over 20 hours introduces the story of each employee, and the presence of a mascot a dog named Brutus adds a touch of ambiance to the daily grind.

The establishment's reputation is built on the quality of its service and its ability to deal with demanding guests or intrusive media. External activities focus on mapping the terrain and designing safe routes for skiers of all skill levels. A fleet of authentic vehicles assists in transport tasks and search missions in high-risk areas. When critical threats arise, such as avalanches, effective coordination becomes crucial to saving lives.
