About The Game
MIO Memories in Orbit is a Metroidvania set aboard a gigantic space ark drifting through the void. Once a technology hub, The Vessel is now a labyrinth of decaying equipment and lush vegetation. Its corridors, filled with wonders and dangers, hold many secrets. The protagonist is the agile android MIO, who awakens with no memories of his past. He must recover the ship's fading memories and uncover the mystery of his origins before the ark's systems completely collapse.
The gameplay demands honed reflexes and tactical thinking, as you'll encounter over 30 enemy types and 15 powerful bosses. The protagonist's combat potential is expanded through customizable modifiers, allowing you to tailor your playstyle. The gameplay of MIO Memories in Orbit is built on masterful environmental control and the character's acrobatic abilities. To successfully explore the world and survive battles, you must:
- climb walls to overcome vertical obstacles;
- glide over vast chasms to cross long distances;
- use a universal grappling hook to access hidden locations;
- create deceptive copies to strike from unexpected angles.
