Lethal Honor Order of the Apocalypse casts players as agents of a secret organization investigating paranormal phenomena. In a grim universe devastated by the apocalypse, this group fights for humanity's survival against otherworldly creatures. The main setting is Wolf Island, a mysterious location with procedurally generated biomes. Through repeated forays, players gradually uncover the secrets of the island's phenomena and the nature of a larger catastrophe that threatens all life.

Lethal Honor Order of the Apocalypse gameplay revolves around a dynamic melee combat system, where reckless attacks often lead to defeat. Progress depends on skillfully combining unique abilities, powerful artifacts, and various enchantments, allowing you to create effective combat styles. Each new run through the locations presents new challenges and opens up opportunities to strengthen the hero. Such preparation is essential to confront the challenging bosses guarding the island's depths, testing the player's skill in battles with formidable opponents.

The mature and complex plot is integrated directly into the gameplay and presented through hand-drawn comic-style inserts that gradually appear throughout the game.
