About The Game

AQUAPAZZA Aquaplus Dream Match brings together 26 heroes from franchises such as Utawarerumono, To Heart 2, and White Album. These characters engage in direct confrontation, battling each other in unfamiliar settings. Players select a main character from a pool of over 12 controllable warriors. Each hero possesses a unique moveset and special mobility characteristics. The goal is to utilize these unique abilities to defeat opponents in one-on-one duels, which require precise execution of special attacks to achieve success. The story presents these duels as part of a grand tournament uniting the strongest.

In addition to the main character, AQUAPAZZA Aquaplus Dream Match gameplay includes a strategic partner system. Players select a second character from a separate roster of over a dozen options to assist them in battle. This assistant can be summoned in the heat of battle to perform a powerful, tide-turning support move. Combining the abilities of the main fighter and the assistant opens up opportunities for tactical maneuvers and unique attack combos. The Active Emotion mechanic rewards aggressive play and constant pressure on the opponent. Battles can be finished with spectacular and devastating Splash Arts, which function as personal finishing moves. The title also offers an alternative, simplified control scheme, offering a different way to input commands.
