Thank you for diving into the world of Lost Eidolons: Veil of the Witch. It means the world to us as we continue refining the game throughout Early Access. We've received reports of some bugs, and we're rolling out a patch to address them!

Here are the changes within version 0.09.021 that we’ve made to the game:
Fixed an issue where players were unable to proceed after certain non-combat events
Fixed an issue where skipping dialogue during combat could prevent progression
Fixed an issue where Crisis events could trigger with characters not currently in the party
Fixed an issue where the game could freeze when using an undo to the final turn after a defeat that wasn’t caused by a full party wipe
Fixed an issue where the game would freeze if a unit with a certain movement pattern was afflicted with the Immobile status
Fixed an issue where using an Undo on a unit with the Divine Protection status effect would cause an error
Fixed an issue where Evie's Partnership Level would overflow beyond the intended UI limit
Fixed an issue where the "Cannot join battles" indicator appeared on characters who were actually available for combat
Fixed the achievement “Fully Loaded” to only count when equipped with upgraded accessories

This is Jin Sang Kim, Creative Director of Lost Eidolons and Lost Eidolons: Veil of the Witch. 
It’s hard to believe that it’s already been about three years since the official launch of Lost Eidolons in October 2022. Now, in October 2025, I’m thrilled to announce the release of our second title set in the same world, Lost Eidolons: Veil of the Witch. 
Lost Eidolons: Veil of the Witch began Early Access in November last year, and after just under a year of updates and improvements, we’re finally launching the full version. The Early Access period ended up being longer than I originally planned, but it was a whirlwind of preparation and development leading up to release. Thanks to the wide range of feedback we received during that time, we were able to make a much better game.  
I'm also incredibly excited that, in addition to Steam, Veil of the Witch will be launching simultaneously on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S|X, and Nintendo Switch. I write this particular dev blog to celebrate the launch and to express my utmost gratitude to all the players who shared their feedback during Early Access. 

Update v1.2.13:
Fixed the bug where the Executioner passive did not trigger after the initial proc

Characters who did not participate in expeditions have a chance to gain a 2-tiered buff: Ambitious and Enthusiastic

Two starting skills are upgraded
